Are your tours private?+
Yes. Every tour is private for one group of up to 4 guests. Prices are per group.
Which days can I book a tour?+
Private tours can be requested seven days a week, and Saturday and Sunday are available. Dutch public holidays and specifically unavailable dates cannot be selected. Mike confirms final availability personally for every request.
How long are the tours?+
Zaanse Schans, Volendam & Castle de Haar Private Tour: 8 hours; Best of Holland Private Tour: About 6 hours; Giethoorn Private Day Tour from Amsterdam: 8 hours; Keukenhof, Tulip Fields & Zaanse Schans Private Tour: 8 hours.
How much does it cost?+
Zaanse Schans, Volendam & Castle de Haar Private Tour: €475 per private group; Best of Holland Private Tour: €410 per private group; Giethoorn Private Day Tour from Amsterdam: €595 per private group; Keukenhof, Tulip Fields & Zaanse Schans Private Tour: €622 per private group. Custom private tours start from €180 per group (€60 per hour, minimum 3 hours). Prices are always for the whole private group, never per person.
Where do you pick us up and drop us off?+
At your hotel or accommodation in Amsterdam, which is included. Pickup and drop-off at Schiphol Airport and at the Amsterdam cruise terminal are also possible, and for the four private tours there is no additional charge. This applies to your booked private tour; it is not a separate transfer service. Other locations need Mike's personal confirmation.
What is included?+
A private tour for up to 4 guests, a tour guide, hotel pickup and drop-off, a bottle of water, taxes and parking fees.
What is not included?+
Entrance fees (for example Castle de Haar, windmills or museums) unless a tour states that tickets are included, lunch and tips. The Keukenhof, Tulip Fields & Zaanse Schans Private Tour includes the Keukenhof entrance tickets for up to 4 guests.
Which languages are available?+
English and Dutch.
What vehicle do you use?+
A Tesla Model Y Premium Long Range.
Can I cancel?+
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours in advance, with a full refund.
Can I design my own tour?+
Yes. Send a request through the Design your own private tour page. Custom tours run 3 to 8 hours for up to 4 guests.
