• Booking and reservation details (name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, country, pickup details, special requests, tour, date, number of guests) to handle your reservation and communicate with you about your tour.
• Custom tour requests and contact messages to reply to your request.
• Payment information only when online payment is activated: payments will be handled by a payment provider. We do not store card details on our own systems.
• Website usage and referral information (for example the website you came from, campaign tags, device type and pages viewed) to understand how bookings arrive. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them.

Legal basis

Performing your reservation (contract), our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, legal obligations (for example bookkeeping), and your consent for analytics cookies.

Who receives your data

Service providers that host this website and its booking database, send email, and (once activated) process payments. When analytics is enabled and you accept cookies, analytics providers receive usage data. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it
