Our guide, Mike is awesome. The tour visited some very interesting places and Mike is very accommodating and helpful. He gave us some background and good information as we traveled, was very knowledgeable, answering all our questions, and made sure we were well taken care of. Mike is a pleasure to spend the day with. We highly recommend Mike and this tour.

We enjoyed all the stops. I liked the Castle de Haar best, despite it being such a hot day. Mike was very pleasant. He was flexible about pacing, allowing us to speed along or linger as we chose. It enabled us to do everything we wanted. And his car was always ready with air conditioning when we returned.

This was one of the best day activities we could have had. With our limited time in Amsterdam, it was such an easy, relaxing way to see parts of Netherlands outside of the city. Mike was super accommodating to our needs, including my elderly mother and my hyper 6 year old. Communication was GREAT, and he kept us informed about where we were going/doing while remaining totally flexible. What a lovely memory! Thank you Mike!

Definitely the highlight of our trip to Netherlands. Mike was a great guide and we had lots of fun. The windmills are absolutely fascinating and everyone needs to visit them in person. Definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

One of the best day trips we did in Europe, Mike was both professional and friendly. We felt like in a tour with a friend taking care of us. The tour was timely and spot on the most important things to see and enjoy. We tasted nice food and enjoyed the walk around while in a very nice weather. Our day with Mike at Zaanse Schans and Volendam was truly one of the highlights of our trip to the Netherlands! From the very beginning, Mike made us feel like we were exploring with a friend rather than just taking a tour. His passion for Dutch history, culture, and traditions was contagious, and he shared so many interesting stories and fun facts that brought every place to life. He was incredibly kind, patient, and always happy to answer our questions. We never felt rushed and had the perfect balance of guided information and free time to explore on our own. Zaanse Schans was absolutely stunning with its iconic windmills, and Volendam was every bit as charming as we imagined. Thanks to Mike's local knowledge and recommendations, we experienced so much more than we would have on our own.

Big thumbs up from 2 Aussies! We absolutely loved this tour! We had a fabulous day out with the tour guide, Mike. He made sure to personalise the experience, allowing us ample time to see various sights at our own pace. We are younger travellers so our pace was quicker. We had chosen to speed up some experiences, so he provided additional sight seeing in some of the smaller towns to make up time. This was a fantastic opportunity and we were extremely grateful he took extra time and initiative to show us more of this beautiful country. The weather was amazing, thankfully. Mike is very personable and open to conversation. He is a very proud Dutch man and it is lovely hearing about the history of Holland. Mike has a great sense of humour and suited our wicked humour very much. We had the best time with him. We are very grateful to have found this tour and Mike.
